Welcome to the Interviews page. To read interviews I have had recently go to the bottom of the page and click on the link. I will be interviewing an author or editor every month, so look out for announcements of who will be featured here. This month I interviewed talented author Aubrey Ross.

Kyla: Welcome, Aubrey. Thank you for agreeing to be interviewed by me. =) Can you tell us about your latest release?

Aubrey: Thanks for having me Kyla. I'm in the middle of a series called the Zylott Wars. The second was released May 13th. The Kingdom of Zylott borders the Mystic Keeper dimension and the series features some familiar characters from my previous series. Lord Nyx and his brother Tye are battling the evil Setti who are determined to take over both dimensions. I've grown quite fond of the world, but I'm going to move on to something new after the third and final chapter, which will release this summer.

Kyla: Tell us what drew you to write erotic romance. Would you like to try something different with your writing? If you would, what would that be?

Aubrey: My writing has always been on the hot side. I started out writing paranormal romances (one man, one woman stories focused primarily on the hero and heroine), but I continually fond myself pulling back. As I was writing the first book in my (that is Cyndi Friberg's) Rebel Angel series, Lilith formed within my mind. There was this whole multi-dimensional world filled with demon clans and sexual rituals, so I wrote Lilith's Legacy and submitted it to Changeling Press as Aubrey Ross. I think most of Aubrey's fans will enjoy Cyndi's books, but some of Cyndi's fans would be more reluctant to read Aubrey's stories. By using the two names, I let readers know what to expect.

Kyla: Would you like to tell us what you are working on just now?

Aubrey: I'm working on the third book in the Rebel Angel series. It's called Splendor and Darkness and features an Angel of Death's quest to rediscover the joy of life.

Kyla: You also write for another publisher, what are your plans for future books as Cyndi?

Aubrey: I have one more book in the Dream Warrior series and one in the Rebel Angel,/b> series, then I'll focus completely on the Ontarian Chronicles. The Ontarian Chronicles is my most ambitious project. The first two books have been very well received. I have basic plot outlines for an additional three books. After that, who knows where my imagination will take me. =)

Kyla: Tell us who your favourite authors are, do you have any recommendations about books we just have to read?

Aubrey: I've really enjoyed Kate Hill's vamps. I'm a huge fan of Angela Knight. I think everyone should read your book. I sure enjoyed it.

Kyla: Please tell us where we can purchase your fabulous books and where we can find out all about your latest news.

Aubrey: I write series novellas for Changeling Press and full length erotic fiction for Loose Id. Cyndi writes all sorts of books for Loose Id. I have a newsletter/contest group called Anything-but-Ordinary that keeps readers informed of my latest releases and contests. It is not a chatty group so it won't fill up your inbox.
